The rooms were dirty: bed sheets were stained and there was hair on them, the surfaces felt dusty, there was a leak in our bathroom that was collecting in a bucket, it was noisy when we were trying to sleep, there was building work in the hotel when we visited so the air tasted dusty, and the walls were all stained. This property was expensive for the product.

Staf only are nice

The place out side very ugly. Inside everywhere is durty even inside the rooms. They need to be cleaned better.

Hotel Star Villa? It's more Hotel Scam Villa. The hotel entrance looked like the entrance to hell. If Satan chose a place to live, this accommodation would be one of his priorities. The room was not what was in the photos and was dirty. The bed and walls had stains. The bathroom stopped in time and it was impossible to shower there. The shower and toilet were in terrible condition. We had to change accommodation because it was impossible to stay there. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation even to my worst enemy.

Convenient for the railway station

Hotel is a building site with a lot of reconstruction work taking place. Room was filthy and the TV completely missing. AC control missing so couldn't use it. Hotel only accepts cash payments.

The hotel is under renovation...so it is very dirty.

I’m struggling to think of anything.

Pretty much everything. The pics are nothing like the rooms we were provided! Suggested a tv and high speed internet when there was neither. There was a/c in the room but at least once a day we had to go from the top floor all the way down to reception to ask them to turn it back on as they were turning it off periodically. Dirty linen, dirty walls, cockroaches. Out of the 6 days I had hot water once and a toilet that flushed on 2 days. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The booking payment options stated they don’t accept cash and accept every kind of card imaginable, when in reality the opposite is true. On each of the 6 days I offered to pay by card and was told the card machine wasn’t working, then on day 2 got dragged around other hotels (presumably to pay on their card terminals) but none would help the hotel staff and therefore wouldn’t accept payment. On day 4 we were told the card machine would work by the day we leave and then on the day we needed to leave to get a flight it turned out there has never been a card machine and got dragged around various hotels and shops so that I could pay, nearly missing our flight in the process. There was also building work going on which started at 7am every morning.

Good budget hotel with an excellent location 2 minute walk from the railway station. We checked in at 11pm & everything went very smoothly. I was a bit worried about walking from the station that late at night but all of the shops along the way were still bright & open and the streets were bustling with people. My daughter was hot from the train trip & they were very kind and set her up in front of the fan while I did check in. The staff brought all of our bags up for us in the elevator. They supplied 3 soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper & 2 towels. AC & fan both worked excellent. Room was big & clean. Bed was comfy. Our room was also very quiet with no noise from the street. Early morning check was as simple as turning in the key to security. Would definitely stay there again.

He charged me 1800 IC for a room very untidy and for a small room.

The stay was exceptional. The staff were well behaved and very welcoming. Very good place for a comfortable stay in a big and busy city like Delhi. Will suggest for everyone. Nice place. Specially mentioning the service of Uma shankar and his team too.

Manager Uma Khetri and staff Rajiv & Ahmed was very caring and given good hospitality with required needs and support.Hotel renovation work is on going, sometime Guest getting disturbed due to mechanical work noise in lobby areas. Need lots of infrastructure improvement for Best hospitality and customer satisfaction.Overall good Behavioural and supportive culture existing in this hotel.ANUP KUMAR TEWARI FROM - KOLKATA

The staffs are exceptinally helpful. It is very close to NDLS Station, by walking will take only 2 to 3 mins. Room is well decorated and have all the aminities. 100% reliable. 100% recommended.

The room was really clean and the air con worked great. We just wanted somewhere close to the station to freshen up and relax in the cool waiting for our late night train. Served it’s purpose.

Took us a while to find it. But once found, it was just a minute or two walk to station.

Perfect location for the Delhi train-station! We booked a night simply for a shower! Staff were wonderful and helpful.

Shower only. I would not have stayed overnight due to dirty sheets. Shower was passable only but bathroom was run down. Looks like they are doing some work at the reception so perhaps on the up.
